Hip Assisted Stretching

Our Assisted Stretching is a 30-minute service stretching the hips and low back. Assisted Stretching provides a more intense stretch than what you can achieve on your own. This helps increase the range of motion, blood circulation, and flexibility. Great when paired with a massage!
